SIVIS is a private community that admits members via a rigorous selection process, including a personal interview.
We screen for people that have lived exceptional lives and believe that - with the right peers - their best years are ahead of them.
Curate small groups
As part of our selection, we identify what our members want most from their closest peers. We use that input, alongside members’ stated goals, interests, values, and previous experience, to curate an optimal group of 6-12 members that go through our programming together.
Deliver exceptional in-person experiences
Over one year each group attends 3 + 1 in-person events, hosted quarterly. The first 3 events are roughly 12-hour (full-day) events focused on group and individual development building towards the final event.
The final event is between 2-3 days (1 or 2 nights) and pushes member groups to integrate the skills they’ve built over the year in a particularly challenging and rewarding setting.
Support members digitally between events
In-person events are the heart of our membership. Still, we use digital infrastructure to help you stay in touch with your core group and meet other SIVIS members year-round.
This infrastructure includes: professionally-facilitated conversations with your core group 4 times per year; access to exclusive local reservations; members’ only digital seminars; and access to members’ only chat.
